I disagree..it's no where near as streamlined.more box shaped..especisally the inside..i looked at the Ghia and all the over head cubbies and 4 sunroofs were just a wee bit too much plus the smooth shapes have gone and the backs of the seats are way too flimsy.Its too short aswell..ok so that is better for shorter peeps..but i dont like it..i like the height. The beast may cometh but i wouldnt get one..if i were to replace my gal..it would'nt be with the new shape one..id still go for the MKII.

well....hmmm...i have a MKII...and i have seen the new Gal..and im sorry to say that i think they ruined it. As far as i can recall..there is only one member on here that has the new gal as a company car. We all have mixed views on the new gal..some love it..some dont...my views are purely based on cosmetic appearances and not the engine capabilities. The MkII and MKI may look like lumbering beasts..but they are better in shape than the new Gal.My opinion purely..i could go on but i wont!. Anyway....Welcome to our little madhouse and i really do hope that when it arrives, you enjoy your Gal immensley.I look forward to hearing what she will be like on the stretch!. :( :) :D

I got quoted just over 300 quid i think it was to have all my alloys done...after my jaw clamped shut i said nay as i would have to have the car off the road for a week. i did suggest to the other half having them sprayed pink..but he said no for some reason. :(

Ok..i have a bit of a problem..i have a wet passenger footwell but it isnt water.I had a bottle of car shampoo on the floor and one of the kids has stamped on it and its gone everywhere. Now, i have got up what i can..but i dont have a vax...the smell is aggravating my asthma and its all i can taste aswell. When i try and use a damp cloth or sponge..it just foams up.It has soaked well and truely into the carpet. Any ideas anyone?

My 2001 MKII Ghia Alloys look like they have a skin condition.The Laquer is all peeling off....and they look ruddy awful. :unsure:

well..when our pooch was a pup he chewed through the wire from our freezer to the socket....he was ok..tripped everything and cost me 300 quid for a new one...(any excuse really!).Once he'd chewed through the wire..he just kept chewing the freezer....little bugger.

i think once everyone has worked out their routes, then it might be easier to see if and where to meet to convoy up.Plenty of time to sort it out.

I got all 4 handles..with the bezels and postage (next day)..for

The new galaxy head rests as far as i can remember dont look like that....if they were beige..i might have considered it.

I think..if i have got this right......no one wants to stop jokes being posted...i have a right laugh with them and i know i dont want them to stop and once my BB is back on line i shall be reading all the ones i missed. I think what started this off was just the suggestion that the jokes instead of new threads being started for each one..they just all be in the one thread. No one is critisising anyone as far as i can tell..but since my brain is half dead at the mo from checking wires..i may have missed a post where someone has. So no..dont stop posting the jokes...when im down they cheer me up and at the mo that is quite often...

I never got chance to read them all..as there were so many and it takes so long for them to load for me at the mo as my bb is not back on till the 16th. :wacko:....So i just gave up and checked the techy ones instead.
