Did you buy it outside of ebay?..i.e...made him an offer and he accepted? Yes..does say that he will offer a refund....so this happened 2 days after you buying the car? If they dont refund..lodge a claim in the small claims court...keep a copy of all emails sent..a log of all telephone conversations.......and a copy of the ad...time to be tough im afraid.....wipe the tears.....we will help where we can.....if the seller does not ring..then ring him back and say that unless he refunds at least part/all or pays for repairs..then you will be taking him to court...... Any members on here willing to help?..at least have a look at the gal? where abouts is Garston?..im reknown for my lack of direction im afraid..

If you have a phone number..ring the seller..i am assumeing that it was a private sale...in private sales, im afraid it is up to the buyer to fully check out the car... ;) ... not what you want to hear i know..... has the gal got high milaege?

Shop around hun..if you know exactly what it needs doing........then get quotes....its what i do...they cant do the work till you authorise it.....I would also contact the person who sold it to you.....they must have known something was wrong.... ;) contact the seller..let us know how you get on..Legally..if it was a private sale...they dont have to do anything..but you can try..

Have you tried searching the forum?..I know nothing about autos im afraid....If it were manual id say maybe a selector cable...fingers crossed for you... The Galaxy is a good work horse....but it does have a few problems....Whats the milaege on it? Ill have a gander for you..

This aft my youngest went out on her new bike..loves it to bits...whilst number 3 of 4 (5 yrs), she went out with her remote controlled pink VW Beetle!!..loves it!! :rolleyes: Eldest has now transferred her affections to the Pixel Chix Mall which i got her , goes with all the other Pixel Chix stuff that she has. :lol: My son now loves his solarplexus thingy where you have to keep a ball bearing on tracks in a sphere turning it all the time....im gonna have a go later.. :P I zonked for a couple of hours then woke to a bomb site as the other half had sat watching telly whilst the kids had run riot :lol: Sounds like everyones had a good day ..heres to a quiet eve!!

Well...gone through 28 batteries, undone numerous plastic ties..(gawd i hate those)..Have a mountain of empty cardboard boxes...and the kids are happy :lol: Best toys the kids like..number 3 of 4 loves her black and decker work bench!..youngest loves her remote controlled car...eldest loves all the make up shes recieved and number 2 of 4..loves his tattoo pen! :) . No it isnt...my youngest was 2 when she caught it for the second time and got a bad case of shingles.. My 5 yr old had shingles aswell when she caught it for the second time aswell..they both had chicken pox at 5/6 months old...poor wee mites.... I think chicken pox these days is more virilent..the americans have a vaccine for it i believe...

Hit the search engine..been covered before..also search for bio diesel i think it is..id search for you but its bed time for the kids so havent the time. :D Why on earth woyld you want to convert a brand new car??
