As the dog was a banned breed..the owner will be held responsible for the dogs actions...... I believe any owner should be responsible for their pets actions.. In this day and age..we have made dogs conform to the way we want them to..which is not in their basic instinct to do so...any dog can turn aggressive and any dog can turn wild given the provocation. My pooch is soft as muck and wouldnt harm anything....(well..apart from cats and the desire to chase motorbikes and cars)..but given the provocation..im sure that could change..as with any family pet.

The dogs owner had been warned before over its behaviour.....How can a 5 year old child be at fault for what happened.im sorry, but any dog that displays agressive behaviour should be put down.I know my kids and many other small children think all dogs are cuddly and want to pet them.But i have taught mine never to touch a dog that they dont know..unless the owner says its ok.The incident happened in the small hours of the morning....the child would possibly have been asleep or maybe crying..she certainly would not have been teasing it at that time in the morning.Unproven to be the dogs fault indeed...how the hell are they going to prove otherwise..a child is dead. and died in a very horrific way..in pain and helpless.terrified.

I tried not to blink when i was drunk last night...i swayed every time i did.lmao...i stopped drinking alcohol and started drinking water when the world was spinning rather fast last night.LMAO.

Im with Tiscali..and never had any connection problems......only time i had a prob was when they said it would take 10 days to put it back on and it took 4 weeks...other than that..nay problemo at all...very happy with them. Ive had in the past..Freeserve, AOL, NTL, BTopenworld, Orange, ...think thats it.......happiest ive been is with Tiscali.Never had a problem getting through to technical help.....though they never call back when they are supposed to.
