Yes , it was a brilliant day..we started off in donalds having a cuppa then meandered over to brewsters for lunch at 12..left there around 4pm them meandered back to donalds for a cuppa and fed the kids again.LOL...The kids were brilliant, there was no fighting and they all got on really well.The time did fly by.

You can drive it with the maf disconnected..i did and it also passes an mot last yr without one..(think itwas last year).. The maf iirc..is to do with emissions.

I got mine from ebay....next day delivery and was a bosch one.66 quid inc delivery i think it was.

umm...in regards to antifreeze,...when i did my course..My tutor said never to mix colours..i.e.put a different colour in to what you have in already...But i know some peeps in here say that you can,But i know i will only top mine up with the same pink colour that is already in it...thats just me.

Forgive my daftness......i know i have a broken wire that means my rear passenger window dont work,...but....in my sleep sozzled brain,...if the window goes one way but not the toher..how can it be a wireing problem??,,could it be some sort of connection probelem in the switch itself?.....Ive had a window that would only go down and not up and it was the switch at fault......but how can it be a broken wire if it will go up and not down?,,surely gotta be a switch problem? ill go wake up now..

since nuts has resurrected a thread that is 4 yrs old..can i say that the millers oil XFE PD 5w 40...is now 31 quid for 5 litres.!!..(its what i used when i did the oil change) nuts..for the pd engine you need 5w 40 hun...to vw 505 01 spec.
