Did you claim your money back from paypal?..item not as described?..There is a time limit in which to claim.im afraid that if a buyer has to return an item it is at his own cost., it is up to the seller if he refunds all postage, but usually postage is not included in any refund.I only ever had one item returned..and i refunded all postage costs aswell.Down to seller discretion as to whether they will refund all postage costs.Keep all emails, if you can also a copy of the ones you send him. I do know of a case where it was taken to the police and they did something about it.Also keep reporting him to ebay.They will eventually do something but it does take time.A good place to ask for help is in the community bit on ebay where you can ask the community a question.you will get loads of help there.
