Anyone else here suffer from it??..no matter what time i go to bed,or fall asleep, i wake up the same time every bleedin morn..4am...i have all my housework done by half 5!!...i can fall asleep at say 10pm..or 1am..and i still wake at 4.but its an immediate wide awake so no chance of going back to sleep.Yessssss i know ive had a lot going on the past few weeks and that stress can affect sleep..and that is prob why im not sleeping well....I just wondered how many others out there suffer from it?as there are different kinds of Insomnia..

I did think at first when he started singing, that he sounded quiet...but he soon belted out at the end....the only prob i had with his singing...is that his song was over too quick...i am a big fan of opera and can listen to it all day when the mood strikes me.....It wouldnt surprise me if Potts had already been approached!

I really do hope Potts wins..his voice is amazeing..i love opera and he really brings it alive.

the gal even though labelled ford..has a vw engine..part from the mkIII. i said halfy halfy as you called yours a ghia aspen..the ghia and aspen are two diff models..it cant be a ghia aspen..it is either one or the other.

Not me personally, but i know that my ex husband bought his current car over the net with no probs at all...a megane coupe...I can always give him a ring if you want to see which site he used?as i believe he got 3/4k knocked off the price off a brand spanking new one. and if i were you..id put a rubber mat in the back of it..if you get the MKIII..as otherwise the back of the seats will get ripped with putting a cage in and out as they arent the strongest of materials on the back of the seats!

Hmm...must admit i never tried useing cruise control below umm.....60mph.......there has to be a reason why in my handbook it says that the speed of the vehicle cannot be automatically controlled unless the speed is above 30mph, yet Bleeno says 20mph?

Hmmmm..says 30 in my handbook..thats for the Galaxy.....and mine was an 01 model...so why would the speed come down in later models?

now according to the hand book whick i kept....you cant use automatic speed control..(thats what its called in my little book here) unless you are travelling over 30mph...and also..engine overspeed can occurr if you shift to neutral without depressing the clutch pedal....and it should disengage if you press the clutch or brake pedal..or..if you have traction control and it is in active operation.. otherwise..yep..agree with you Sir...LOL.

Welcome John... spare time?LOL..if i got paid for the amount of time i spent on here..id be a bleedin millionaire by now!.LMAO..mind..must admit..im not on as much as i used to be.

The motor is hot because it is overworking..you need to take the linkage out and unseize it before you blow the motor...undo the 3 fixing bolts and it will be loose....you will have to unclip the motor which can be a bloody fiddly job..but take it slow and easy....dont try and yank it out before you have unclipped/undone everything.Take your time with unseizing..and DONT HIT IT WITH A HAMMER!! .You will need to take the airbox out of the engine bay to give yourself more room to work the linkage in/out. Read the link i posted..loads of help and tips on it from lots of members. I cant think which bracket you mean right now.......but if i were you..id get that linkage sorted PDQ before you blow the motor!!

well how can that be?its not under the wheel arch..its further down..and his puddle is under the wheel arch..
