As with everything, things change and life goes on, hosting providers do updates and do not tell you, you back up your data but that is pointless as it is not compatible with the new updates on the server, they turn features off that you need to update easily in the name of safety 😞 Going into covid sent people into a spiral I change hosting for better results and got worse results, the database was totally useless, the info was there but it would not translate, in my spare time I have rebuilt the database from scratch to allow the upgrade to happen, then the biggest killer of all is the hard drive that held all the images and uploads to the site decided to fail, I will work on retrieving them but its taken me 9 months to rebuild the database and I have still got lost data. Sorry guys who used this forum daily but I hope if nothing else its a repository of useful information for those that need it 😄

I was in Germany Last week and came across the PV Box solar generator, basically a self contained box that measures 70cm cubed which holds solar panels, batteries, charge regulator and inverter. It is designed to generate electricity where no electrical supply can be gained. The PV Box Solar Generator will have so many uses but I can easily see how useful it will be in the caravan community. The box is easily transportable and on wheels, when you get to the location you just fold it out without the use of any tools and you have instant power. ideal for fridges, TVs, Consoles, Computers and at night obviously your lighting. The PV Box Solar Generator will make electricity in the day and store it in batteries for use at night. This is a stylish design and plug and play technology. For more information have a look at the website PV Box Solar Generator

I have checked and double checked the code in the forum code and it looks clean. I have however as a precaution cleared all the cache files and locked the files down. I will keep an eye on it as I would not want the site to be blacklisted for malware by google -
may have to upload again as I swapped servers yesterday :( there was a time delay in the swap for some stuff

Obviously this is not one for when you have loved ones in the car but need to know if others do this and how often fuel gauge is saying I need fuel or it saying low miles left in tank The challenge You know you need fuel but you decide that it too expensive and drive on until you find a cheaper garage or because you think ahh it will be alright cos the queues are huge or whatever reason you decide to do the chicken run The aim Get to a garage you prefer without totally running out of fuel and being stranded the consequence A long walk or embarrassment in front of the AA / RAC / Green Flag or any other vehicle rescue service So question is Who has played the game? Who won and who lost? Any story behind why they played the game in the first place? Is this game just one that I play ?

Ok People lets get the ball rolling and finding out which part of the UK we are all from, this may be handy for other like minded people that want to meet up and share their passion for the blue oval bus. I don't own a Ford Galaxy but I do own a Ford I live in North Wales Just outside of a sleepy town called Mold If you want to find me just follow the fast ford with a tail of smoke due to crappy EGR

I will raise that resurrection by sayin no paid for online advertising will pay for itself as mentioned above, The internet is getting clever and the pay to be seen is now a thing of the past with the internet, certain mags find their way into doctor, dentists, hairdressers. barbers and any other waiting room. Do not rule out printed media, it still works months after the deal.

Engine Rattle On Light Throttle Between 2000-3000Rpm
Gteuk replied to nexsuperne's topic in Technical Section (Mondeo)
Way too late for this but the Pulleys are well known to rattle on the mondeo and the cure only last for about 30,000 miles before they start rattling again. Been like that on mine for the last 60k miles with no adverse effect other than noise -
Has anybody got a worse attempt of a 3 point turn that this one .

Been working hard in the background recently, I have added a new look front end with some articles on it, and also created a facebook page to entice more followers. If anybody is a facebook user and would do me the honour of liking our facebook page it would be appreciated https://www.facebook.com/pages/Ford-galaxy-owners-club/825468707472063 I will continue to make modifications to the site over the coming weeks.

Is one of my previous posts mentioned before the outage I have totally stripped the servers of all their software and started it from scratch, I was going to do this over the weekend, however another service outage would not of enabled me to do this then, so I brought it forward. The forum databases and files have been stripped from the 10 years of clutter that has gathered, I have trashed the database to only include tables that are required for this version of the forum and trying to get rid of dead links and old vulnerabilities that lingered within the software of orphaned files. This action has obviously got a side effect of downtime, some features not being available yet and navigation issues, I want to ensure I get all forums up running at a basic level first before adding all the usual features. Sorry for the downtime but I hope the end result will be worth it,. New registrations are temporarily not available but should be working within 24 - 48 hours. Thanks Glen
