Lloyd Evans Posted April 6, 2012 Author Report Posted April 6, 2012 Well now I know it's not the fuse!!! Where do I go from here??? Any help much appreciated !!! Quote
gregers Posted April 6, 2012 Report Posted April 6, 2012 silly question but you havnt got the dimmer turned down have you??? Quote
Lloyd Evans Posted April 7, 2012 Author Report Posted April 7, 2012 No that's one of the things I did manage to check!!!! Having had a "look around" would the connection between the car and the boot on the drivers side affect the instrument lighting cos just with a visual inspection appears rubber gator is torn (all other electrics seam to work fine!) chrispb123456 Posted April 7, 2012 Report Posted April 7, 2012 It's worth a check in there, I know it can cause the instruments to light up when not switched on, may also be a fault in the main lighting switch. Quote
Lloyd Evans Posted April 7, 2012 Author Report Posted April 7, 2012 Fixed it!!! It was the dimmer switch to the controls not clipped all the way in!!! Thanks for all the help!!! Wouldn't have thought of looking behind the switches!!! Quote
