acecard Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 (edited) plus not having the correct tyres fitted probably would invalidate your insurance Edited February 21, 2011 by acecard Quote
Mirez Posted February 21, 2011 Report Posted February 21, 2011 plus not having the correct tyres fitted probably would invalidate your insurance Coupled with the wrong manufacturer's alloys for the car, you only need an inspector who knows his stuff and they'll invalidate the policy and not pay out. (FYI these days you are also then likely to be prosecuted as if you had no insurance!) Quote
Dave-G Posted February 22, 2011 Report Posted February 22, 2011 Yes: Not only is it a heavier car, it carries more people/bodies than most cars - and has a higher centre of gravity so it has greater tendancy to try and roll over on tight corners or sharp manouvres. Quote
jamesey Posted February 22, 2011 Author Report Posted February 22, 2011 the wheels fit perfect there the same pdc as the zetec galaxy wheels 112x5 the tyres are 45s so theres no height difference really , ive ended up buying 2 lassa extra load tyres at Quote
bakerlite Posted April 22, 2011 Report Posted April 22, 2011 just make sure your wheel bolts are long enough i had to buy some that were 5mm longer! Quote
zorgman Posted April 22, 2011 Report Posted April 22, 2011 same wheels as mine bolt straight on, car handles better and check your speedo mines 100% spot on now checking via gps.
