i searched parking sensor and looked through loads of threads but cant seem to find a solution

the parking sensors dont work, no noise at all when you select reverse or press the button

one of the sensors looks scratched but when i read some threads i was under the impression they should still make a noise of some kind?

also pass side rear window doesn't work from the switch or the main drivers switch

so if any one could shed some light or will i have to get a fault scan

thanks in advance

Depending on what year you got the module could be under passenger seat, make sure it's not wet under there. Door trunking wiring needs to be checked on drivers door first, then possibly the rear door.

Why not put all your vehicle details in your signature then you wont have to remember to write it every time :)

I'd check the cable in the trunking on the passenger door first, had exactly the same problem, and found 4 wires had been severed, one of which was the main feed wire to the window motor and the light feed to the window switch which kept earthing and blowing the fuse on the instrument lights. Took me three hours yesterday to splice in new cable

i checkeed the wiring and all seemed to be ok??

the window motor makes a very slight noise when you try the switch so not sure what that could be

will the parking sensors not work at all if one sensors is damaged?
