stevie m Posted December 27, 2007 Author Report Posted December 27, 2007 Yes I took it into the shop. There are two different types for this heater. They are both beru. One is Quote
Beyond Help? Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 If it is the right one then a GSF part number would be great, but my catalogue only lists engine glow plugs but they show as a little over Quote

stevie m Posted December 28, 2007 Author Report Posted December 28, 2007 Just an update to you all.... I have been in there again today but my part has not arrived yet. Again i took my heater glow plug with me. He read the code off it which is 0 100 226 228 and yet again i asked him to confirm the price. They had another type there too. I had a look at it and it seemed to be a longer plug so i left it. So as it stands im sitting here eating yet another turkey sarnie and waiting for a phone call. Quote
Biscuit Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 Hi StevieAs Radio Two has said i changed my glow plug at the weekendthe old duff one that i took out had that part number on it, but the new one was a different part numberit is still a Beru plug but it burns hotter and i no longer get smoke or get told at traffic lights that the back of my car is on fire!!!(only took half an hour to change)Biscuit Quote
zorgman Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 hihave you the gsf part number please as i cant find it in thier online shop Quote
stevie m Posted December 28, 2007 Author Report Posted December 28, 2007 No i haven't as yet zorgman. They told me that they never had it delivered today as they promised (it was missed off their delivery). I have rung them again this afternoon and they said they had a van out to pick it up. They have now closed as i have tried to ring them again since (they promised to ring me hmmmm). On their site they do not list them only that the glow plugs start cheap. When i eventually get it i will let all of you know on here. I will be on the case first thing in the morning as it's still in bits so i need it sorted asap. (They haven't told me their part number yet but they took the details off my plug to order) Quote
