help please my heater in me gal is not working right? it will work fine in position 3&4 but not in 1&2 if i turn my heater up to position 3/4 & then back down to position 1/2 the Air Con comes on? can someone help me please thanks

Hi All Just noticed that there is water/something else in the passenger footwell and under the passenger seat. Does the rear washer pipe go under the passenger area/footwell? Its not the windows, dont think anything has been spilt any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
