Hi My rear wash jet doesn't.... I know the pump in the wash bottle at the front of the car works and water comes out there. And I've needled the jet at the wiper arm. Now I'm getting no water leaks in the car but I've not found a way of seperating any of the water pipe joints. The obvious one to try and disconnect is the joint onto the rear wash wipe motor on the tail gate. has any one done this? I didn't want to get too violent with mine in case I bust it. Any thoughts gratefully received.

just had to replace mine. After numerous jump starts. Worst price -
Regards the rear wiper, what state is the wiring between the body and tail gate, well known for breaking wiring. Sorry not sure about the others but the reversing lights sound like the switch is either worn or needs cleaning.

Oh damn I'm getting driveshaft failure symptoms as well. 66k on a 2002 115TDI Alhambra. On top of everything else I hope it gets me through to the new year..... -
Might be of use, have a look at this http://www.fordgalaxy.org.uk/ford/index.php?showtopic=12931 My Alhambra on -40mm springs and KW shocks

235's might be a bit wide on a 7" rim but worth checking the wheel dimensions on the current Alhambra Stylance Manual as it uses 235/45 x 17's if this is a 7" rim then no worries, as you're tyre supplier says, loads of tyres in that size. Otherwise perhaps a 215/45 or 50 on the 17's? the 235 will prob fit just will get more sidewall flex..

Think you'll fiind the 90hp engines are NON-PD, hope that helps. The PD lumps have 115 or 130 or 150bhp.

Hi Wolfie Sorry I missed your last post, blimey those FK's were well fubarred. Sounds like you's handles better than mine as well, hmm getting mine serviced and the tracking checked next week. I think the A/R bars need doing..... ^_^ Good luck, it'd be awesome to see pics if/when you get the oppurtunity.
-
Mmmm, bet it looked good that low a good -20/-25mm lower than mine :2: Got an pix? Good luck with fitting the Weitec's, :D
-
Wolfie mean't to ask if you got any pics of your car and how low you've got the suspension on the FK's, also did swapping the antirollbars make an appreciable difference :o
-
Yep been checking out the antirollbars on SeatCupranet and you're right 19mm front and 23mm rear deffo (thanks Fredt). Strangely enough the KW's were cheaper than the WEITEC's (for non coilovers) I and KW uk were well surprised.. ;) I'd like to get new RIM's n tyres just gotta start saving as I've just bought and am waiting for delivery of a new Alpine H/U and Speakers. Good ICE site www.lowcostcaraudio.co.uk Have a good weekend all :18:
-
Hopefully attached are some pics of my Alhambra SE tdi on -40mm KW shocks/springs. I suspect the the std SE suspension sits lower than other Seat S models and the Galaxy etc as it hasn't dropped by 40mm however handles a whole lot better.

TimsBamma posted a topic in I.C.E (In Car Entertainment) Discussion
All To any one whose replaced their door speakers with aftermarket ones. I need to identify how much mounting depth there is in the doors can anyone help? Has anyone got the old speakers to measure their depth? I know I could take the door panels off but I dont have the time at the mo :o Thanks for your help. -
6 x 9's are Loudspeakers that are oval in shape and whose dimensions are 6 inches by 9 inches.
-
I've not fitted any 6x9's but I recall that there are threads on here where people have installed speakers in the tail gate. Might be worth searching the ICE section. Happy Searchin' :)

TimsBamma replied to a topic in Questions about the Ford Galaxy
I think that black smoke normally indicates over fuelling, any smell of petrol/diesel?
