I have been contacted by the FFOC about a show they are having on the 17th sept at Billing Aquadrome. We are invited as a club to show our Galaxys as part of the show. Traders are being approached to attend and we hope to have a selection there covering different products. I saw in tesco last night in their car bit..that they have a headlamp conversion kit for driving abroad...dont know if this could help.

Yes i am ok as i was the only one in the car....a bit bruised but fine.Not something i would recommend.Luckily there was no major damage done to the car,front left headlight replaced,bumper reattached to car, washer bottle replaced, a few scratches,and a nice dent in the door.Car was checked out and everything else was ok. Cant speak for the ruddy tree though!! I was shown the fluid that was drained from the car,There were bits of crud in it which is believed MAY have caused the problem of the steering. CAB is next step.

Ok.....door card has to come off im afraid...the clip in the door card but not in the door..is broken and i can see 2 screws lying at the bottom between the door card and the metal door.So..here goes.offski it comes.Bigj,gonna pm you my address if that is ok with you for those spare clips you offered!!.. Ok..cant take door card off till i get a window regulator for the window..as the window in the door is held up by a plank of wood!! :D hubby is just concerned that if i dont fix it in one day then it could be a safety issue with the kids in the car.!! Blast it.

Mine looks completely different to that...Lemme see.. Here a pic of mine. The pins are actually bent on my locking nut..to get the other tyres changed i will have to get another one.

Bloody hell!!!!!!....Try a different garage....i dont know what else to suggest.....

What about drilling it out???i know the first garage i went to with mine wanted to drill mine out.

right..from what i can see when i pull the edge back..there is one yellow clip off the door card but in the door..another out of the door but in the door card and one hole where there is nothing at all in the door or the door card!!..the one in the door card doesnt seem to want to stay in the door.by door i mean the metal it goes into.hmm...me thinks i will have to remove the whole door card to fix this.Anyone got any spare clips floating around????MATTjr..has your dad still got any spare??

Ahh parking sensors..i use mine all the time..even when at lights so i can tell how close the car behind is!! :blink:
