Things That Irritate Me About My Galaxy
mumof4 replied to a topic in What thing irritate you about your Galaxy
Yes i know they were comments on your car..my comments were on my car. Your comments are so negative!!...when you bought the car..most of the points you made would have been there...surely when you test drove/looked at it..you would have taken all these points into consideration..and if not happy..would have looked at another spec!? the galaxy is a good workhorse for all her faults.... -
Things That Irritate Me About My Galaxy

Road noise can vary depending on what tyres you have. I like the sound of my engine. Gear stick seems a fine size to me. Climate Control works on mine and performs well. Steering wheel has 2 settings on mine..and i can see the speedo and i am 5 foot 7. My seat moved fine..are you useing the right lever? my clock is nearer than 3 feet. Mirror adjusters fine for me. Washer bottle low fluid sensor works fine in my car. Tailgate easy to shut in mine. (wipers rattle over 60 on mine) Loads of room to store CDs in mine. 2 Cup holders more than enough considering some of the seats have trays in front of them with a space for a cup!. I like the storage on the dash... You can adjust the spray of water..mine sprays fine. i could go on but i really dont have that much time.. I love my Gal and all her niggles..Cheap cars?..mine wasnt..and if you take care of them..they are damn fine cars..my opinion of course..yes they are expensive to repair...but my kids love it to bits. Oh and i get a frost warning..and i get a temp reading..it all depends on what model you get as to what you have in it. Indicator bulbs are easy to do..ive done mine.....ive had a practice at doing the headlamps..yes they are fiddly and take time...but can be done. -
Must admit that is one thing that grips my s**t...school runs....peeps parking on the yellow zigzags out side the school...it is manic!!..i drive to the nearest carpark and walk from there...Kids brought home a letter on friday saying that any car caught parking on the yellow zigzags will be penalised as we getting a traffic warden!..bout ruddy time...it blocks up the road reduceing it to single lane which is dangerous with all the kids running across the road as our lollipop person went walkies

sooo...a wobble on the steering means wheels are unbalanced?or maybe tracking is out?...as i get a wobble on the steering at all speeds..had discs checked and they were not warped....so maybe....needs balancing or tracking sorted?..hmmmm...

the inner handle drivers side is stuck half way in..so its neither flush with the door as in when you shut the door..nor is it in..as when you use the inner lock...im foobed at the mo..i have looked behind the grey stuff and can see nothing amiss.... -
