You know..Glen does a bloody fantastic job on this site..safeguarding all the info on it..on another site i am a member of it got hacked into and most of the data base was destroyed...we are damn lucky this has not happened to us and it is because of the safeguards we have on this site that it hasnt.The site has grown..yes we have more sections and yes we do have more members...yes there is a turnover and always will be..yes there is a group of us die hards and yes there will be peeps unhappy at the changes...since the changes..how many spam posts have there been???.NONE!!...they get stopped in their tracks.All because of the hard work Glen has put into this site.Yes peeps may leave because of the cosmetic changes which i think is sad..as we the members are still the same. Instead of complaining we should be glad that all the info gathered over the years is safe and that Glen takes a lot of his personal time to help this site keep going and be kept from harm.

The FAQS are very useful and to get rid of them would be wrong...you and others who contributed put a lot of work into them.We have had a lot of new peeps join over the last few weeks and as ive said before..some post..some dont.

MOT and tax are due on the same day..28th feb...but you need to prove ownership of the car dont you?am sure i took the V5 with me last time i got it taxed..

we have different members responsible for different regions...i am the national meet co ordinator and a region organisor..teresa is moving so cant do it anymore..there is a list pinned somewhere of bods in different regions..

Thing is though..V5 is with it...i have a very bad feeling that i threw it out with the old insurance docs.. :o

i thought you needed it for the MOT? you cant tax it as far as i am aware with a mot cert that is about to expire..

I cant find my current MOT cert......i know its due end of this month as i found the one ending feb 2006...what do i do? I have looked everywhere and i cant find the bleeding thing.

Here we go..petrol heads vs oil burners here we come :o 34mpg for a diesel..is not excessive..i have on the odd occasion got 51mpg out of mine and i usally average about 41 to 48 mpg. i would say it depends on where you drive...rural or urban... but would say that 34 can be a bit low to be honest as mine is usually way higher than that..though mine is a 115bhp diesel..so yours may be different. Wouldnt worry about it to be honest.. speed you drive..etcc..all factor into it.

Just a quiet period me thinks.happens every now and then...post xmas blues and prob trying to whack in overtime to pay all the bills that xmas left... I'm still here though.lmao.
