my 2.3 glx has no service light or timer ? when i turn ignition key on all that comes on dash is milage and the other lights like -abs brakes, should it show a countdown timer when ignition turned on ?

hello i have a 2.3glx can any 1 advise me of how much more fuel i would use with a/c on as my mates say it uses loads more ? im curently doing 140 miles to

my 1999 galaxy glx has a flashing led in door how would i know if its got a alarm as its never gone off, when i got the car i replaced the door light switches as the others were broke i dont know is there a fuse or a master key ? the indicators flash when doors locked and unlocked :( ?

hello i have my 2.3 galaxy in the garage, and the machanic is saying the hissing noise coming from brake pedal is a pipe on brake pedal back ? is there any easy parts to replace on the servo ? its the garage the cars from and i think he is trying to get out of fixing it, it has no cruise control

hello mines gone back to gararge to be fixed today, im not getting it back till tuesday. on mine the windows go down and not up but close with the locking. the garage sayed its the loom going into door it looks like someones had a look before and left it. i only got the car last week its a t reg 2.3

help my front windows go down and thats it the only way to get them up is with global closure any advice please on wiring loom wires in door very helpful

even if im not driving and just parked with foot of brake its doing it ?

it doesnt have cruise control

yes i left it for 1 hour and it was hard -ish then pumped the brake and started car with foot on brake and it went down

i have a 2.3 the brake pedle has just started hissing is it anything to worry about or is it normal for a galaxy ? :(

hello my electric front windows have just packed up iv searched this site and it says about the wiring loom going into door is a common fault. how do i fix do i take door panel off or is it under steering wheel ? and what wires as theres so many, the window closes with the key but not the swiches ? and then when you get back in thay go down but not up and both stop working please help

has a 2.3 glx got chain or belt if its a belt when does it need changing

can any tell me on adverage what milage a 2.3 petrol engine should last until it dies, mines got 100,000 and some service history, and what things are likely to go :ph34r:
