Hi, don't know what Mk number my car is (it's an R reg) but the door trim is tough to take off. If the trim from around the door release handle is out and the securing screw that is visible when that trim is off has been unscrewed, then its just a case of levering the door trim off the clips. They are VERY tight, don't try with your fingers-it will hurt! Start in the front bottom corner with a wide bladed screwdriver with a bit of cardboard to protect the door paintwork. when you lift the trim away far enough, slide a wide (2") piece of wood, say 4-5 mm thick under the trim then use that to work along the edge of the trim popping out the clips. Some of the clips will stay in the door trim, some will stay in the door metalwork. Once all the clips are undone (there are none along the top edge, that is held in by the window pane) pull the trim up and away from the door. Once the trim is off any clips left in the door will have to be prised from the door and put in place behind the trim before refitment of the trim. One or two clip holes in the door trim may snap but hopefully there should be enough left to secure the trim back in place. Hope this helps, by the way, got all the speakers, subs, crossover and amps all up and running now- sounds awesome! :P
