Dear All I had contact Ford, here in Portugal, and they say that it is technically impossible to put Cruise control in their car. It is only possible to do it in origin. Thay also say it is expensive. I have a Galaxy 1.9 98, 110TDI, and has far I know and learn here it is possible and not much complicated. Dear William I have the same problem with my 110 hp, and 140 k (km). My expert test every elctric and electronic system, and say everything is OK. However they had change relay 109. But dont start and when does with a lot of smoke. During ay it starts OK. Now they are trying to see the pump timing. I do not have yet the answer. If you found the solution, please tell me. I will do the same. Thanks

After two days of tests,ford tecnicals say it is not an electric or electronic problem. Now they are confirm all the fuel system.

I really wish to understand why just this sintoms in cold ?

Yes, I wait for the light goes of. i think compression is OK, because i have the same performace as before. I had seen the fuse, get a new relay, and still in the same. I will see now the glow-plugs. I believe that there are soame problem with other sensor. I still need some more opinions. Thanks

Dear All I need your help! My Galaxy 1.9 Tdi 98, is now with a problem. It is very dificullt to start in cold. I need to put the accelarator down during several time and start it for several times. No other problem, it star very well the rest of the day, but in next day is again the same. I take it to the garage, and they told me that is not air in the diesel system, so they change a relay, but it is the same. Now they star talkink about other problems that for me are very concern, no compression, and other very very expensive matters. Does anybody have similar problem or can help me ? Thanks
