Can anyone tell me the 'average' mileage I can expect for rear pads? Slight noise coming from rear brakes when car is low on fuel and a bit lighter, however after a fill of approx 40 ltrs no noise. According to the service records pads were changed @ 40,000 mls, car now on 66,000 mls. Thanks. Mussey1. :angry:

Is the noise only apparent when driving? Mine makes a clicking noise almost like a worn cv joint when starting off with the wheels turned from cold, again this disappears after a few minutes. Could it be the rear heater? Mussey1

Thanks Barrye. I may change the oil pressure switch anyway as apparently they are not too expensive. I will post back and let you know! Mussey :)

Evening Everyone! Oil pressure warning light sometimes flashes once or twice immediately after startup (more frequently on cold start). Oil levels are fine. Is this normal? I have been informed that it may be a faulty oil pressure switch or worse!! Car is 2000 (W) TDi 110 Zetec (Old Shape). Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. :)
