I have just collected my car after its 110k service!! I'm not happy, I intend to make a written complaint! Before i tried to book my car in for its service i requested a breakdown of what things are checked/done, I looked at it and thought great! I tried to book it in with Bristol Street Birmingham (BSB) but ideally i needed it done this week, but they could not fit me in. So they suggested there sister Dealership, Bristol Street Moseley (BSM). I contacted BSM to book my car in and they booked it in for today, I asked the specific question...Do you do the same quality service as BSB?? They said yes, so I booked it in. I received a phone call this afternoon from BSM advising me that my n/s rear brake light had gone, I questioned how much this would cost.....are u sitting down.....
