On the Peugeot 807 you can have electic sliding doors, i saw someone at Asda showing of with them at the weekend!!! I'm not so keen on the style of them though!

Well my petrol has done 120,000 miles got a tappet problem and obviously want the engine to run as long as possible, it doesn't seem to loose oil so thats not a problem, but my journeys tend to be no longer than 10 miles and sometimes does involve a lot of stop starting. The oil in there at the moment is looking thin and dirty so i was going to do an oil change but was undecided as to what oil to put in? I do a long motorway run about once a quarter and its mainly driving round town that i do but still manage to clock 300 miles a week!!

What about synthetis oils....are they any good??

I was wandering what your opinions on this are: Whats the best oil type/grade to use on a 2.0ltr petrol 1998 Galaxy is? Does anyone rate Castrols Magnatec range?? :unsure:

It sounds like a Tappets problem to me...... you can by some aditive for your engine for this or have them replaced at a cost

I've got a 1998 Aspen, its got Air Con, front elec windows a 7 seats...thats about it really....no ABS!!

I have recently fittecd a cd/radio to my Galaxy and had the same problem with AM Band.....all you need is a 'signal booster' its just a couple of wires and small peice of metal that connects to the back of the aerial socket on the head unit....5 min job at most cost about

I've got Firestone re-inforced tyres on mine. My local Auto-Store manager has got a Galaxy and he told me that they should have re-inforced tyres on otherwise if you have an accident it can invalidate your insurance policy!! worth bearing in mind!!

I've been reliably informed that Shell Optimax reduces fuel consumption....but before I try it out i've been advised to check my car manual to see what fuel is recomended. I've not got a manual!! Can anyone tell me what it says if Octane 98 fuel is recomended (Optimax Level??) Cheers

Hi Well were just expecting our 7th child and only have a Galaxy!! We have not found anyway to overcome this problem yet! Luckily the eldest is 16 so she dont want to be going out with mommy and daddy all the time! I think we need a wheelbase extension and an extra row in the back!! If i find anything i'll let you know! We must be mad!!

I have got a blown bulb behind my fuel gauge on the dash, how easy are these to change or is it best to just leave me skwinting in the dark at it?? :(
