hi guys :D i am in need of a passenger side window switch as mine has just burned out, ^_^ i have tried another switch on loan to me so i know its the switch, but i am a little puzzled as to why it burned out in the first place, :o i have tried e bay and there is nothing on..... unless i have missed one ..... any ideas cheers gang chrissy :o

Hi gang :) Got up yesterday to find my passenger side mirror unit ever so carefully "GONE" :angry2: luckily there was no damage to the car <_< and they even left all the wireing in place looks like they snapped it off from the 3 lugs that hold it in place anybody got a replacement they dont want its a mk2 51 plate car is black or best place to get one from tried e bay tried local scrappy but nothing thanks gang :D chris

huya all ok times is tough and i have just been finished in my job cause we aint buying enough new cars so here is the question 51 reg galaxy 1.9 tdi 115bph how much is my road tax gonna be any help gang so i know how much i cant afford gonna be gutted if i have to get rid of her cause i have recently kitted it out with screens and dvd player for back and dvd player for front love it to bits and dont want to think about the inevatable cheers gang chrissy :o

:) i have always looked after my cars and i get lots of pleasure out of seein the end result and yes i have clayed it once bloody killed me but the gal being the biggest car i have ever had really knackers me up so i do in between detailin being a black car always shows great results but i know when i look close there are alot of stone chips and blemishes i really need a rotary polisher bit i have not got round to getting one and if the truth be known i am quite aprehensive about using one as i am worried i will burn the car i need to read more into it before i try that............ and at the moment i do enjoy spending on my car to keep it looking good and yes i am afraid i still love to buy the girly things and as you would see if you took a look at my overdraft i do spend to much on everything but touch wood not on repairs (fingers crossed legs crossed touching wood) lets just say i am enjoying owning the gal next spend getting the alloys done new place in st helens just opened i think its quick fit owned decent price also need my dvd player put in i took the video out but not had the time to leave the car being on shifts but on shut down soon so got 3 weeks to play just had the air con regassed and up to now 4 weeks on still ok time will tell .........

I take it that you've just fitted a full leather interior then ? If you have do you mind me asking where you got it from and how much it cost, as I'm looking out for one ? Also just one other question, if you have DVD headrests fitted, do the seats still rotate ? Thanks yes they do mate

hiya gang :D bought my car in january of the year ............model 2001 1.9tdi zetec so never give a thought to check the air con )lesson learned) :D tried it once or twice in the last couple of weeks with the odd sparadic summer we have had but it just does not blow cold enough :blink: i had a picasso before the gal and that was ice cold i thought ok might be me so i tried all combinations of dials and switches but nope still not cold any tips or tricks before i see into getting it regassed :D cheaars gang chris

hiya i also have a video in mine only got gal 2 weeks ago it also has a ps1 in it but i am gonna change to the slimline ps2 it will do 2 jobs in 1 you will need a converter to take it over to 12 volt mine must already have one but i would not know where to start so have asked a guy at work to do it for me will let you know how i get on can you do the same cheers mate and welcome chris

they get fitted just before they get to me i do know they use a pink lubricant can ask tommorow what it is........... when the door gets to me i fit the mirror, the glass, the electrical connection and the shedder then screw it all up and make sure the glass goes up and down without catching
