its controled by a small button on the dash just over the heated front/rear screen button and wont work at the same time as you using the heated screens think its so sort of overload protection

you need to remover the motor back of the wiper linkage again turn it on and off by the switch and let it park set the wipers up on the linkage and set the wipers up in parked setting (drivers wiper at bottom almost touching the black plastic screen bottom cover and passengers wiper 2 inches higher) Refit the motor to the assembly give it a try and do a final adjustment after there parked again hope i helped m8 -

Hi guys ty for the welcome Looks like im looking for an engine I spent a few hours on it this morning and its all come to a stop when I got the air inlet manifold off wile taking the accelerator cable off I filled my front with oil bits of piston,piston ring and valve bits Time of death 11:45 am Still I had some fun stripping it back lernt a few things like the air inlet manifold is a proper bugger to get off with the front panel still in place but can be got at with a bit of messing (sure its better than stripping the font end off ) What next ? I don -

if you havent fitted them yet steve i found placing the seal untill the last few inches same as mum of 4 then stick your window back in and slide it in the new seal runners and slide it to the top then slide it down an inch or 2 and slam it back up it takes 3 or 4 good slams but ensures the seal dont change shape wile its getting a wack if you dont fancy that then put soap (fairy somthing like that) on the new seal where it fitts on the door that will help and it will dry in its own time with no long term problems

Just reading this post does it happen more on wet days than dry days? If so, I had the same problem and it was the front bearing in the air conditioning unit and a good squirt of white grease once a month keeps it at bay.
