  1. thats a very good deal,i guess ive missed it.yesterday it was selling for 31 or 32 i think? for a 16 vakve engine(dohc) a thin fully synthetic oil maybe 10 viscosity is great for lkubricating/splashing the twin cams and preventing oil starvation. the main point about the fully sythetic is that it doesnt leave the white sludge deposits that can wreck an engine a very sound investment even at half the price,if you will excuse the pun
  2. with that sort of annual mileage ,whatever you buy will suffer huge depreciation.changing your car every 2 years `may` reduce your annual depreciation bill, since a car with 60,ooo miles and 2 years looks better to the `price range`buyer than a 4 year old 120000 mile car
  3. most these chips work on one priciple, they tell the ecu that the engine temperature is cold thereby fooling the engine into running rich(the air /fuel mixture). this will increase fuel consumption and long term affect engine life
  4. i have always been very impressed by the parts on ebay shops, and they are a lot cheaper.replacing the track rod end ball joints at the same time gives a lot more scope for improving stability via controlling toe in
  5. mark 1 1996 aspen the handbook says there are fuses for the electric windows and central locking and alarm under the dash(numbers 31,32,33),but they are not mentioned on the plastic cover on the fusebox, and there are no fuses over number 22! i have come to the conclusion that there are no separate fuses for the front windows or central locking, hope this helps
