mark 1 1996 aspen the handbook says there are fuses for the electric windows and central locking and alarm under the dash(numbers 31,32,33),but they are not mentioned on the plastic cover on the fusebox,and there are no fuses over number 22! i have come to the conclusion that there are no separate fuses for the front windows or central locking,hope this helps
