Guest Scott Posted February 27, 2003 Report Posted February 27, 2003 Do you want the good news or the bad news?OK, good first: I received a Haynes manual yesterday.Bad news: The problem we've seen most on the forum - reprogramming the remote locking key (3 ways described in old forum, & none of them worked for me) - is not mentioned. So it's off to Ford. Now where is that Galaxy Forum Card... ~ Scott PS. The manual does NOT cover the 2.8 litre petrol engine or the 4x4 models, or the revised model range introduced August 2000. oioisavaloy Posted February 27, 2003 Report Posted February 27, 2003 Its total rubbish then to be honest scott. You would think that the whole range would be covered. Back to the TIS CD then !!! Regards SAV  Quote
Guest Martyn Posted February 28, 2003 Report Posted February 28, 2003 Ordered my manual today !! Thanks Scott ! Quote
Guest trubs Posted May 12, 2003 Report Posted May 12, 2003 Thanks chaps for the information, I've just hopped on the Haynes site and ordered my book as well. As I see it, any information on how to perform tasks on the galaxy is a help, no matter where the information comes from :D BR Trubs Quote
PG TIPS Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 Would this manual be somewhat helpful as a guide in a 2002 model Galaxy? Quote
dlt1617 Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 Not really there are too many differences between the Mk1 and Mk2, the recommendation of a TIS disc (have a look on fleabay!) is probably the best one.I've owned both and it takes a bit of time working your way around the way you find things on it but once you are used to it it's far better. The other comment would be use the frequently asked section on here or do a search as almost everthing has been on here before! Quote
2004AUY85kwTDI Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 Hi, I tried many times to find TIS on ebay, but can not find it :) I only find one Ford TIS but its not for the Galaxy.Anyone have a link to a Ford Galaxy (2004) TIS ? :) Quote
MadBaz Posted February 20, 2012 Report Posted February 20, 2012 TIS 2004 is for the entire Ford Range, it is available for free on torrent sites, all you need is a burner or a virtual cd drive (recommended). The ones on fleabay are the same as the torrent. Quote
