Russats Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 Following my "Hesitation" post it has turned out to be misfire symptoms. The error reads: 18075 - PD Unit Injector; Cylinder 2 (N241): Electrical Malfunction P1667 - 35-00 - - Sasquarch very kindly read my faults for me. I just wondered if anyone knew or heard of this code and could confirm it to be just the injector loom please.I'm praying it's not the injector it's self. Thanks in advance. Quote
chrispb123456 Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 Could possibly just be the connectors to the injectors need squeezing as they can come loose, but the work involved to do that just as well replace the loom. Quote
Russats Posted February 11, 2015 Author Report Posted February 11, 2015 That is what I read on previous threads. Where can I buy them from? Main dealer only??? Quote
chrispb123456 Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 Here. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-New-Skoda-Seat-Audi-Vw-PD-Injector-Wiring-Loom-Harness-038971600-TDi-/151010554317 Quote
chromedome Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 My mechanic told me the injector loom is best sourced from VW. If you try Ford you have to buy the whole engine bay loom. Quote
Russats Posted February 11, 2015 Author Report Posted February 11, 2015 Thanks for the eBay link. Yes I've called fords and vw. Fords wanted Quote

Russats Posted February 17, 2015 Author Report Posted February 17, 2015 So. ..... today was D-Day. I've managed to change the Injector loom.So far...... its running fine. It took me hour and a half in total. Battery had to come out, but I left in the EGR and exhaust manifold. Quote
chrispb123456 Posted February 17, 2015 Report Posted February 17, 2015 Was there any loose connectors there? Quote
