Galaxy 1.9 Mps Tdi - Cambelt Query

Hi - does anyone happen to know if cam belt replacement is part of the standard 'major' service items.  I previously owned an Alhambra TDI and I'm almost certain it was covered on that vehicle.   My local Ford dealership, with which I have a Smart Service contract on my 72K mile Galaxy 1.9 TDI wants to clobber me an additional

I'd be very much surprised if it's covered in any service on any car, they will advise you to have it done but it will be your choice, and of course at extra cost.

like wot chris has said.if they can extract more dosh out of you then it aint covered on any kind of service plan.
