yonks since ive been on here.

right can get a cheap mint passat afn engine i know intake and ex manifols with turbo need changing is the anything else needs swapping ie alt/sump/vac pump etc or just stick it out for a transverse engine.

hi bud just done the same swap same engine afn from the passat grage done it for me ,they changed the flywheel and clutch and engine mounts etc basicly the same engine just they had the same engines side by side to see what was needing changed over i think the starter was changed too but mine was u/s anyway but go ahead if its a good un ,but the experts will be on soon to help im sure all the best though len
