Heating Control Panel Bulb Gone.. Advice Needed!

Hi guys,

My Galaxy's heater controls dont light up & I have removed the Bulb behind the heater controls, it has a hard plastic body around it & 2 metal prings sticking out of the base. I really need to have my heater dials illuminated so could anyone shed some light on this please?

Halfords didnt have one & there is no code etc on the bulb so please any help?

I think that one you need to get from the dealer

take said bulb into a proper motor factors they should be able to find one. not sure what size the heater one is but if its quite small it may come with the holder in place. Some come out others don't. Either way a proper spares shop should be able to find one for you. Dealers probably won't have them in stock either so may be more than one visit.

 

 

Oh and it may not be the bulb - try testing it for continuity with a multimeter?

Have you tried Halfords? My very very small lamp went on my clock the other day and they had them in stock, complete with black holder (like a Dick I was trying to get lamp out of holder!)
