How Do You Remove Seat Base & Back From It's Frame?

Hi.

 

another thing I've got to do is to remove the seat pad and back from a set of front seats in a Galaxy 2005 MKll.

 

One set is hardly used but doesn't swivel and the other set are badly worn but swivel.  I want to make the swivel seats have the good upholstery but not sure how the recline winder comes off and other things I'll probably find.

 

Can anyone help on this one please?
