An old neighbour of mine has just got a sedona off of ebay, done a few jobs on it then test drove it and was quite impressed also roomy inside, although it's a 2.9 diesel it didn't seem overly more powerful than the galaxy.

Yup, mine is a 03 2.9 diesel, driving it back from Buxton i went up a hill , a pretty steep hill ( 20 i think it was)and the sedona just flew up it in 4th . If id been in the galaxy i would of had to crawl up in 2nd . Its definately more powerful than my gal. Its bigger aswell.

Good to see you Sparky!! My old bus is going now im afraid, shes still going strong but i just fancied a change and the Kia range caught my eye, i really am a cosmetic buyer of cars. ;)  My add on ebay is certainly catching peoples eyes. lol

I will have you know I've been busy!!! Went away camping with the kids , didn't manage to lose em though!! Got my Kia, flogged the galaxy, enrolled in college, and been writing a kinda " things I want to do once I hit 40" list. It's a long list!!!

 

Yup, still only mumof4. I'm way too old now to have any more plus I like having a bit of freedom now they all getting older. Don't get chance to find out what makes em all appear!! Lol.

That's pretty much what I expected. It looks like the only sensible upgrade path is back to look for a decent MKI.

Hi Chris,

I'm back as well.

Still got the Gal, not a problem for years until I got a flat tyre last week.

I think people use the spare about 3 times in life of the car, and when you need it in the middle of the night, it BREAKS.

What a stupid system, a plastic wheel that snaps in half.
