Central Locking & Blowers Dead

My central locking and blowers used to work intermitently when central locking worked so did blowers now they both dead also vag cim port dead are these connected everything else ok checked all fuses and wires in doors fixed a few broken ones and loom on passenger side checked seems intact and dry anyone had same problem please help

There is a splice joint under the carpet on the passenger side, check out this joint iirc bunch of red and white wires.
