Hi,

First time posting as I usually find the answer to my troubles by searching the these wonderful forums.

Anyway, I have a 2000(W) reg 2.3 petrol Galaxy that has just thrown up a most unusual set of electrical problems. Here is a list of what I've found;

1. No interior lights

2. No indicators

3. No hazzards

4. No central locking using either the key or the fob (drivers door and filler cap lock do operate with key only)

5. Wipers work on highest speed setting only

6. Front and rear heated screens not working

I have already looked at the fuses under the steering column and in front of the battery, but not checked them with a multi meter yet. I was hoping someone has had a similar fault and found a nice easy fix for it that they would be willing to share :rolleyes:

Many thanks

Lee

Had a simmilar problem wires where loose behind the instrument lighting dimmer switch

Also with checking if it's a short /open circuit at all the door gators I'd start drivers door and work around also in n out of the tail gate

There is a link somewhere how to open the rubber door gators

Good luck
