chalky31 Posted March 24, 2012 Report Posted March 24, 2012 hi guys can u anyone help i have had my brake warning light come on telling me to check brake pads which i have done replacing back pads as needed but my ? my waring light is still on and was wondering do i need to take the old girl to the garage or is there a way i can reset it without going to the garage. chalky31 Posted March 25, 2012 Author Report Posted March 25, 2012 done that front and back and they r gd had all brake etc check my mencanic friend and he said it all gd but does not have tools to remove fault light so can i remove fault light without taking to garage for a 10 min job and paying silly money for the visit Quote
chrispb123456 Posted March 25, 2012 Report Posted March 25, 2012 You cannot reset the warning light, it will go off automatically when you locate the break in the circuit, this is a simple loop circuit.Look carefully at the N/S/Front wheel follow the lead to the back of the wheel arch you will find a multiplug there the wiring can break at the plug Quote
