Hi guys,

 

i have just bought a upgrade hid kitt for my galaxy mk1, but im not getting the right light beam image out of the headlights, they have a metal cap of the bulb is this there for protection during transit or not, iv tried everything running out of ideas

take them out and throw them in bin.

a you'll never get a beam pattern unless you fit projector lens

b mot failure

c blinds everyone on road.

stupid things should be banned

Like zorgman said, after fit HID's are illegal and an MOT failure.

so if u got a projector lense theyd be ok??

also when im cruseing along, the galaxy will juck out black smoke nd make a horrible noise but when speed up of slow down it stops

You will also need headlamp washers and self levelling suspension.

If you need more light just fit the Halfords Brilliance bulbs. Non-Hid and far brighter.

 

Please don't fit the laser blue version though, I hate it when those bloody things are coming towards me :-)

i have the 6000k white ones fitted the passenger side is the right image but not the drivers side,

 

if tryed them ones but they are crap compared to the ones i have,

i have tested the ones i have now, by driving toward them in my focus and night witht hem on nd it is the drivers 1 that is not wright, nd if been bas meny traffic units nd they havent pulled me up yet lol
