6000cd Charger Unit

Hi

 

I have a 2003 Galaxy with a std 6000cd unit, works fine.

 

Found on ebay same unit with a cd charger.

 

If bought would it need to be coded to the car,

 

would the wires be their for the charger which sits in the back rhs storage box (i think).

 

There is no cd charger in the car at present thats why i wonder about the charger wires being there.

 

Is this a poor way to upgrade!

 

Would it be better to ditch the head unit completely and go for a non ford new job?

look for a 6006 unit as it takes 6 cds in dash and saves muking about with changer
