evansaj23 Posted June 28, 2011 Report Posted June 28, 2011 Hi all, newby here, Has anyone had any trouble with the auxiliary fuse box, the climate control doesnt seem to blow cold air anymore, have had it re-gased and they said it sound like when you switch it on the compressor isnt cutting in, have checked the fuse box the the top wires [black coming up from behind the headlamp poss from alty] and [red from the battery] seem to be getting hot and there are signs of the plastic box melting. does anyone know anything about this?Many thanks in advance. If you do a search I think you'll find its due to a bad crimp on the heavy wire from the alternator. New box (around Quote
