Galaxy Cutting Out With Heating Problem.

You are joking, take them to court - 40,000 miles for an engine is not realistic.

 

I would go in kick up a fuss with a letter in my hand listing the complaints. Detail it like you have here. Explain to them that you want the car booked in and it sorted (for free). Otherwise you wll have to recover the costs through the County Court. Go and see a solicitor and have half an hour with them. It wil cost you maybe

If the new engine is playing up after 9 months and has a 12 month warranty - ask for a new engine again - then take it to someone who knows what they are doing!!!

The problem is the engine is working fine. But i will Kick up a fuss and because I don't think they know the problem themselves. many people have said I should NEVER have had the engine changed.....I have had herrendous problems with this car and the garage have been more than useless... I will never buy another Ford and its hard because there are many Ford drivers as happy as Larry.
