chrispb123456 Posted March 31, 2011 Report Posted March 31, 2011 Hi and welcome to the forumAssuming the fuses are ok there is a relay above the hedgehog that may be the problem, Vag com will probably store a fault code for this. Quote
susrah Posted April 1, 2011 Author Report Posted April 1, 2011 hi there thanx for the reply have had my hand all above the fan assemble but cant find a relay my handbook puts a relay above the fuses my galaxy has both front and back controls on the digitail display many thanx Quote
chrispb123456 Posted April 1, 2011 Report Posted April 1, 2011 Hi have sent you a plan of heater, number 7 is the relay, only suggesting it may be the problem as it has come up on here before, you may be able to confirm this by running Vagcom on Auto HVAC Quote

susrah Posted April 2, 2011 Author Report Posted April 2, 2011 hello my galaxy friend have found my t.i.s.ford disk and like your diagram it shows the reply but i stil ant find it is it possible i have a odd ball were the relay is somewhere else or are they all standerd and in the same place Quote
susrah Posted April 2, 2011 Author Report Posted April 2, 2011 hi there i used the ford tis disk and your diagram and i cant find the relay but i have found what i think is the clip assemble that would hold the relay but no relay there have you any ideas Quote
chrispb123456 Posted April 3, 2011 Report Posted April 3, 2011 Hi againSometimes the TIS is misleading and has been known to show wrong info, so lets try another way first check fuse 22 is OK if it is make sure there is 12volt present at that fuse, if thats OK go straight to the blower motor the red and white cable should have 12 volts with ignition on, if there is 12 volts there the relay in position R19 in CJB is probably OK. see how you get on and let me know.
