davegt Posted March 20, 2011 Report Posted March 20, 2011 hi im trying to fix my ford galaxy 1.9tdi 2000 a couple of weeks ago my partner ran it out of diesel we got it going again but ever since its not right it started taking a few goes to start it and it puffed out white smoke but after it ran perfect with no smoke,after advice i changed my glow plugs to no avail by this time its getting worse taking a few more trys to get it going then, yesterday i changed my oil filter fuel filter air filter and oil thinking there maybe crap in the system it took ages to start but once it started it ran like a dream. then this morning i tried it fired up streght away i turned it off went indoors got the family together to go shopping and its back to normal again it wont start at all now it turns over but it wont fire up ive ran my battery dead and got someone with a rangerover to give me a jump and nothing. please help im at a dead end :unsure: ive heard about the releys wich 1 could it be Quote
