Help, Passenger Wont Open At All

Hi I have a galaxy 97 R reg 2.3 GLX, The passenger door on offside will not open with the central locking or from inside by pulling the handle, all other doors are fine. Any suggestions would be great ????

funny just done one yesterday and the lock mech was siezed had to take panel off inside and get at lock to fix it
