zaidey Posted February 20, 2011 Report Posted February 20, 2011 hi hope you can help ive got a ford galaxy 2.3 petrol 2002 reg started fine last night but this morning it wont start.... it will turn over...got a spark for the spark plugs etc... but theres a strong smell of fuel could this be the relay 167 sticking....ive read on this forum it could be relay 30 etc any ideas please thanks btw im based in blackpool if any1 lives near me Quote

hassan Posted January 4, 2012 Report Posted January 4, 2012 HiSame thing happened with My Galaxy 2.3 LX 2002 few months ago. Turned out to be fuel pump. Ignition the key close the door at a quite time turn the key and listen carefully, if you hear a very brief spray sound, that would be fine if you dont hear the spray sound, that is your fuel pump mate, not very expansive you do it yourself but will cost a fortune in a garage, quite easy to DIY though Quote
