chrispb123456 Posted November 11, 2010 Report Posted November 11, 2010 (edited) Hi thereWelcome to the siteWhile yo was having turbo changed do you know if they have cleaned the EGR valve? it gets clogged up with oily soot that will restrict the airflow.Take large airpipe off EGR and with the aid of a mirror look into the valve if it looks restricted with oily sooty carbon the the valve will need removing to dig out the mess, it's a very dirty job wear hand protection. Darren 1 Posted November 11, 2010 Author Report Posted November 11, 2010 hoses were cheacked and cleaned where nes the fitter is going to fit another turbo on sat thinking it is faulty but i'm not sure thats the problem Quote
rsmuppet Posted November 13, 2010 Report Posted November 13, 2010 sounds to me like a faulty actuator or pipe to allowing to turbo to over boost , Quote
