bel1477 Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Can anybody help? I have an 02 reg Gal, 1.9TDI auto model. The heater fan does not blow out the warm air from the side vents very well....even on position 4, you can hear the fan kicking in, but doesn't seem to disperse the air very well.It only seems to work well from the front three facial vents above the cup holders, and dosen't work very well on the foot vents either...thanks, Brian L. How quick does the engine warm up? (90deg c) does your booster heater work? Edited November 9, 2010 by chrispb123456 Quote
bel1477 Posted November 13, 2010 Author Report Posted November 13, 2010 Hi, no it's not Climatronic, it's just the standard heater blower 1-4 setting switch. the booster heater works fine, but the problem is that i cant get the full power of the fan out the vents, especially the side and floor vents. The fan is blowing full power, but could there be a blockage somewhere? Quote

Get it changed and may the force (of air) be with you. See faq on pollen filter change. Not for the faint hearted. Quote
