chrispb123456 Posted September 3, 2010 Report Posted September 3, 2010 They say it gets chilly around the dykes this time of year :) does the S Max and the Mk 3 still have the booster heater on the diesels? Quote
insider Posted September 3, 2010 Report Posted September 3, 2010 The fuel-fired type is fitted to diesels in colder climates. For the UK market the electric booster heater is more likely. Quote
Mirez Posted September 3, 2010 Report Posted September 3, 2010 Yeah they both have electric water heaters - basically a couple of glowplugs in a pot :) The golf has the electric version fitted and it sort of works, there is heat warmth from cold, probably 7*c or so above ambient, Quote
chrispb123456 Posted September 3, 2010 Report Posted September 3, 2010 In that case i'll stick with the MK2 then :) Quote
