Reprogramming

hi this site has been so good i can't believe it solved many problems with my old gal mk1 (p)but she still keeps going

here's another one for you?

i bought new remote for the old girl coz mine had gone kapput tried to reprogramme but will not go into reprogramming mode on led, doors will lock with key.

tried turning the key 3 times to unlock but no luck entering reprogramming mode

can anyone help me :rolleyes:

Make sure you have about a half to one second gap between unlock turns.

 

Sometimes you have to do 4 rather than 3 turns....can be a bit twitchy.

 

Also make sure all your windows etc are closed ( maybe ! ).
