Endless Quoting

peeps please for future reference,can we all stop this endless quoting when replying to thread,dont know about you but its bloody annoying having just read a long post then someone replys straight after with it then they add there 2 pence worth.

if your replying straight after i cannot see any reason why the quote needs to be there?????? :16:

You mean that people should not click the "reply" button

 

but should use the "add reply" button at the bottom instead.

no kev,there are lots posts in the last few weeks when someone is replying straight after,and instead of just adding there reply they quote the entire message.you then have to scroll down to see the reply,i think its rather annoying.

Surely thats what I said, if you click the "reply" button at the bottom right of the individual message it quotes the entire message.

 

Wheras if they click the "add reply" button at the bottom right of the page it doesn't quote the message.

 

Which is what I clicked to reply in this instance.
