Where Is The Fuse For The Front Cigarette Lighter?

Hi, can anyone tell me 'ex'actly' (fuse number would be great!) where the fuse is for the front 12v power point / cigarette lighter. I've been through all the fuse lists in the manual and it only mentions the rear power point in the back. I have a 52reg 1.9 TDI Ghia....

I think its Fuse 7 rated at 25A

I can confirm that is no 7 fuse :)
