bakerlite Posted April 3, 2010 Report Posted April 3, 2010 Hi all, was parking my galaxy up 'its a mk2 2.3 manual petrol' and the gear stick went loose and is now stuck in reverse. cables and selector are moving fine under the bonnet but assume it's the selector that's at fault? has anyone come accross this before? have seen a new ford item on ebay for Quote
bakerlite Posted April 5, 2010 Author Report Posted April 5, 2010 it was the selector a bolt had snapped on the internal side of it. wasn't to bad to take off but mean's i have a bolt head sitting in my gear box that i am hoping to fish out with a magnet. Quote
